    Hello all,

Just checking to see if anyone can recommend a place for my seasonal fluid change in the NW or W burbs where I don't have to either take a day off of work or I can bring it in on weekend.

I had the same question last week. I called the usual reputable area shops (CAS, LFSC) and the going rate was 350.00. If that price is acceptable to you, either one will do a great job.

Since I'm closer to the Wisconsin border, I also called Reina International in Brookfield WI and he got me in on a days notice and out in 2 hours. $105.00 with tax, for synthetic and I provided the filter.

    Thanks!!

Yes I found the thread after I posted. I remember reading it last week. Then I forgot about it. I'm going to try a place in St. Charles called Komet Motorsports. Just for a fluid change and I will supply the filter. Planning on using Mobil 1. Always have had success with it.

I've always used Euroquipe in St. Charles for my work. I've always had great service and staff is friendly.

    Thanks,

I used Euroquipe for my major last year. Great work. The reason I wanted to go to Komet now, is for a quick 2 hr oil change, so I didn't have to drive the car, drop it off, have my wife pick me up, then repeat the procedure in reverse. Takes way too much time. Additionally now that Kurt is no longer there, who is going to be the certified tech for F-Cars?

I use personalized auto service in Kenosha. Former LFSC mechanic. For a small fee, picks car up and drops it off in a covered carrier. Makes it real easy.

I do it myself. Do you all have instructions tied to your ignition key to start the car???
