So after letting my car sit for a while for various reasons after it immolated itself at the track, I've finally started the process of sorting it out.

The damage was minimal, so the main issue was the oil lines, in particular the high pressure line running from the block to the oil tank - which based on the diagrams appears to be fed right from the oil/scavenge pump to the tank, so of the lines it would be under the highest pressure. Of course, this line is also only about 2" from the header and after pulling it off, it was obvious the heat had done in the rubber which had bubbled in 2 places and finally burst at the spot closest to the header, leading to the fireball.

Rather than order a $600 oil line, I figured I'd see if there were any alternatives. I checked all of my local hydraulic places, none had anything similar and one shop sent them to a specialist in Ohio who couldn't do anything - especially the M26 1.5 banjo fitting coming off of the block. The other fittings appear to be an m30 60deg cone fitting (DIN) which nobody had either.

However, the oil tank fitting is actually an adapter for M30 1.5 to M30 1.5 DIN. I did find an M30 1.5 to 12an adapter. It appears I should be able to put a M26 adapter in the block side (if I can find one) and the M30 adapter in the oil tank and just run a 12-an line between them (which any local hydraulic shop can fab up for cheap). Does anyone see an issue with doing this? There are washer seals on both ends, so it would basically be replacing the oil tank adapter and doing away with the big banjo for an adapter on the other end. The cost would be such that I could just replace the oil line at every major - and the other lines are nowhere near as close to the header and shouldn't be under the same pressure as they're further down the line from the pump (or under suction).

I'd replace the other 2 smaller hoses with similar but the oil radiator has the fittings welded on instead of removable adapters like the oil tank. I'll research it further after I've gotten the car back up and running as the motor is going to come out this winter for a major anyway, so that will be a good time to find reasonable replacements. Hopefully we can have documented alternatives for all of the lines without the need to spend $2500 for a new set of Ferrari hoses or any fabrication.

Edit: So I did some more measuring and found that the banjo is 26mm. I also found the fittings from Williams FluidAir. The 30mm 1.5 DIN is DKM-12-30 and the 26mm banjo is RNM-12-26. If you can find a hydraulic shop that can get Williams FluidAir fittings, they should be able to make 2 out of the 3 hoses. The 3rd has a funky end to mate to the oil tank, but it looks like it may be screwed into the end of the oil line instead of pressed on like the others, so may be reusable.
