    As an old guy I like to see what is going on so it is nice to scan the gauges especially the oil pressure.My 1971 GTC4 has a full complement of gauges with of course oil pressure but my 599 GTB provides only water and oil temp as constant info.Is this a function of a dry sump system in the 599 or just a general design feature of the more modern cars.Mike

    The 360 also has a dry sump system, but it DOES also have an oil pressure gauge.

    AS drivers get dumber, cars are being dumbed down to match.

    I had a BMW that did not have a dip stick.
