Oil Pump and Radiator R&R outrageous prices

After I picked up my car from Avio Bodycraft in L.A. where it was there for three months to repair some damage on my front bumper (took that long to obtain parts from EU suppliers), I noticed that engine oil was leaking a bit so I took my car to FBH for an estimate.

The Service Advisor stated the oil leak was coming from the oil pump and the radiator also had a constant leak. He provided me with cost estimates of $30K+ which included its annual maintenance ($4K?) and it'll take about 45 days to complete the work due to parts availability.

The SA probably noticed I nearly choked at that estimate and later came back with about a $5K discount on labor since I'm an FCA member. He also promised to "sharpen his pencil re costs" wherever he can further reduce them later.

Well, I had to give him the "Go" signal because what anyway is my other alternative?

Are there any reliable third party maintenance/repair insurance providers that'll take on a 14-yo Ferrari?

Can you provide the name of the reliable company that fixed your 599's radiator and if you don't mind, share what that repair process cost you? I believe a brand new radiator from Ferrari is priced at $8K+.
