Been living in South Florida (Broward county) since 1995 and have had plenty of fun exotics but lately, it has really hit me that this is the worst place to own these cars as far as actual driving…. So the question is about good driving roads. Seems everywhere down here is just straight, flat roads full of traffic… so I ask, are there any great, low traffic, twisty roads around down here? Maybe at certain times only? Anywhere? Does anyone know of any? I’ve heard for years about people drag racing out on route 27 but that doesn’t interest me and I’ve never gone out there. Help anyone? Broward county, palm beach even, dade? Thanks dudes and dudettes if you know any. I’m tired of just straight lines and traffic to work and back.

Sorry to reinforce your perception, but there are sadly none...as in nada, zip, zero.

Sigh…. I remember once I was off of 441 in Boca I think and there was a long kinda straight road (loxahatchee street or something) and that was pretty empty but I was in a normal car— just trying to come up with some fun little place to drive

The only place to play is the on + off ramps for 95 + the Turnpike.
Turnpike is OK for straight line hi speed runs, though.

When I lived over there I used to go to Weston and used the access roads for high speed runs. I think brooks used to film there. There were no roads with twisties.

Homestead Raceway in the IMSA track formation. Chin Track Days goes there other than that nope. Or move to north of Tampa by me and up in Citrus County are so ok roads….or go to Sebring Intl Raceway…3.7 miles and 17 turns ;-)
