Does anyone know where you can race a 348 or 355 challenge car? Is there a series or any events to take these cars out to the track? Are these cars street legal?

Resonably stock 348 Challenge cars are street-legal. The 355 Challenge cars onward were NOT. These cars are enjoyed any pretty much any track event (SCCA/FCA/FOC, etc.) that will host them.

You might also want to search in racing and tracking, there are quite a few threads on challenge cars. FWIW '95 355s came with a VIN and can be registered. They will likely not be "legal" due to the cage, but you can get a registration and plates... whether you'd drive them on the roads is another matter.

Rob himself is running his 355 out in texas so there are places you can run them.
