    My friend Marty just sent me these pics he took the other day of his Mercury and my car. Many of you met him at my house and on the first ROE he had the old vette. I thought I would share them. His Merc is really cool , suicide doors, straight pipes, backfires between shifts... lol.. Thought I would share the pics. Guess which car our daughters wanted to ride in?

    I dunno, that Merc is pretty darn cool. I might have a tough choice too (I'm a BIG fan of this model).

    You have to ride in the Merc to really appreciate it. You can't get the smile off your face it is so cool. Thumbs up from everyone... as they pass you. The kids rode in the Merc. Hopefully because they liked it and not because it was the one I wasn't driving!!

    Ed, that Merc is so cool, it makes the Mondial look like junk. You ought to be ashamed to drive it. But, if you leave the Mondi at my house, I will take it off your hands. 'Cause, that's the kinda guy I am.

    Now that's a "lead sled" as they say. Its really cool. Do you know if he's running a flathead V8 or a more modern drivetrain?

    Everything is pretty much original on that car, but I'll ask him later. As for the police... they were after some maniac on a Triumph. ;)

    I had the advantage; they couldn't fly the helicopter that slow. :)
