    Maybe this has been discussed before, but at I have not found a thread (yet).
    I have a 550 Maranello and would like to get the oldfashion V12 deep and agressive sound without the draw back of beeing "too loud" sounding like somone beeing 18 again...
    I have removed the back pressure valves.
    What would next step be ?
    Straight pipes, X-pipes, K&N airfilter ?

    3 inch pipes, chase the power and the noise gets better (forced induction excluded)

    My 1967 4-liter 330 Ferrari has the old time V12 sound.

    I can assure you it does it without 3 inch pipes.

    Cargraphics/Fuchs will get you closer to it than the other OTC exhaust systems....
