    Why do all ,it seems,olive oil bottles have those caps that deform or refuse to fully tighten after they have been opened?

    Let me guess, Costco?!? ;) I have had similar issues w/ Kirkland EVOO and balsamic. Went out and bought one of these doohickeys!

    Did you buy the bottle and the top or just the top? I'm looking for both on the web as I type this. I just refilled a bottle a tad too large to handle as swiftly as the one pictured with a top like that with a very nice Moroccan evo from a big tin and made a mess...

    Bottle and top together. Bought it at Costco if I recall correctly.

    Something like this at Amazon should work. Buy two, one for olive oil, one for balsamic. And, if you do not have a funnel, I'd get one of those. Makes filling much easier...T
