It doesn't look that expensive...together with shipping would it be worth it?

Not much of a fan of the 80's, but its nice!

i think it would run 15k US after all is said and done. Drive this car and all other cars (except the e36 m3 and the 355) will seem so inferior.

That was my first "cool" car. I was 25ish years old, and I was in a Mercedes, and a 16 valve to top it off.

    Brings back memories....

It's funny that you posted this, because I was just checking those cars out online the other day. I had never really heard of them untill I read a fairly recent article in a magazine comparing them against the old E30 M3s. I wish I could remember what magazine it was from. I'm a sucker for all those 80's European sports cars.

it was from the new issue of autocar magazine. they compared the E30 M3, 190E 2.5 16V, and Ford Sierra RS Cosworth. Not a bad article, and the Benz was the favorite.

I agree. Some designs are timeless. The Countach is another fine example.

Think you should get it Shivam! My Feb issue of Automobile has a comparison between that car and the E30 M3, personally, got a bit of a soft spot for the Bimmers after my E36 M :)
