On days like these....

Am always somewhat nervous about posting videos but took this a few weeks ago, nothing too crazy as far as speeds are concerned but it really was a great day in the country, sunshine, fairly empty and a few of Ferrari's finest and of course the screaming GTO and of course some suitable backround music to complement the scream of the V12.

Of course there was some enthusiastic driving, a drag race of sorts between the GTO and a California on a empty industrial road, the sound of the two cars incredible. All in all it was a 250 km drive and its really amazing one moment the GTO cruises and then next it turns into this wild animal, though has anyone else experienced a whilsting from the air con at lets say fairly highish speeds?

The sheer power and poise are incredible, being able to let it run a bit when traffic permitted was astonishing. As I have said before its the package and how it makes one feel, that feeling cannot be turned into emotionless numbers.

For Ferrari's there is much to get excited about in SA, some fantastic roads, at the moment Porsche are launching the new 911 here....

Must add the additional noise in the video is due to both windows being down.
