From the looks of things, it definitely looks like a Mclaren track, but Ferrari is supposed to have a new aero package for this track. So keep your fingers crossed. Also, no kerbs here, so that's another plus.

It reminds me of Indy. Tight sections followed by a long straight.

If it is like Indy, that is scary as the McLaren worked too well there.

Other than a banzai move at Dunlop, the straight/first corner seems like the only place to pass. Ugly. Thanks for posting, Luis.

Kimi said today that it might not suit the Ferrari, but they'll have a new aero package for that race. I guess we'll find out when they race.

    +1

    I found it rather boring.

I can't really say whom this is going to favor: Kimi won in Silverstone and Alonso in Monza and to me those tracks are very similar: Fast and flat. This is another track like that.

Yeah. The 2005 configuration is not that fun. The 80s configuration w/o the chicane is pretty fun, though.

Agreed about overtaking. Turn 1 is their best bet. The run up to dunlop doesn't seem like it's long enough to gain momentum and outbrake into the corner.

thats true. the 80s setup was more like Monza, i think. but then again, this new circuit is very very technical. it's really easy to understeer and go off..
