I'm looking for a thermostat control like this: http://www.geindustrial.com/cwc/pro...lid=4&id=3art5t

It's actually the thermostat control out of a 328, but it cross references to a GE industrial temp control. Unfortunately, I can't find anyone who will sell me one.

    Help?

    Tillman,
According to my supplier, there are over 475 matches for the 3ART5 "type" of thermostat. If you need EXACTLY that part #, it is $32.16 my cost (and therefore your cost) and here are the specs:
31" capillary line, -10 degrees Normal off, 4 degrees Normal On, 18.5 degrees Warm on and -30 degrees Cold Off. I can get one within a few days. Let me know if you are interested. Jerry.

    Gracias!

Let me uncoil the original and see what the length is, and also look for any particular identifying part numbers.

It has a 6' (roughly) capillary tube, with an end like the one shown below.

Here's all the numbers on the switch:

    026388
    86 (ge logo) 04
    607E

A previous conversation showed the orignal part as being a 3ART5RF46, don't know it that helps. From this link

Tillman, unfortunately that switch is not available through the HVAC type wholesalers (which is what my contact is). It is POSSIBLY available through an automotive type GE distributor, I am told. Sorry.
