I stumbled across this on History International this morning: I caught only the last 15 mins but have the DVR set for the replay on Sunday at 3AM Central: http://www.historyinternational.com/schedule/7/17/2011?view=day&tz=CT#morning Per a Google search the show dates to 2007, but I don't recall hearing about it before.
Great find - Thanks! FWIW, it took some searching but it's on History International (DTV 271) at 01:00 Sunday morning out here on the left coast. Cheers, Ian
You don't get Speed either, correct? [IIRC, you're about the only person here who wants the races on Fox? ] With apologies for going OT, a snippet from SI this week caught my eye; "The TV Siberia" - I like that Cheers, Ian
No I get Speed so I'm good it just seem's alot of good stuff is on channels that are not a part of a basic or even upgraded account such as I have. No your memory has failed you concerning my take on the Fox F1 coverage I just said I do not record the pre and post race coverage any more and never mentioned I did not like it and never said I want F1 permanently on Fox. Hopefully I have cleared up your confusion?
Watched it last night. I thought it was good and well worth the time; loved the vintage footage. That said, I found the actor portrayals to be unnecessary and a bit "cheesy"; they should have stuck to vintage footage or even voice-over'd stills. Also, for some reason I thought Dino died from cancer but the show mentioned it was kidney failure related to MS (IIRC). However, per Wikipedia rolleyes he had MD: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfredo_Ferrari.
