Ferrari is like a really gorgeous girlfriend who mistreats you because she knows you're too much in love and no matter how much she walks all over you, you'll still stick around to be with her. On the other hand, there is another girl you could be with (let's call her Porscha) who is better for you, loves you to death, treats you great but she just doesn't melt your heart like the other one does.

Exactly, I have seen defamation used to revoke an owners' access to a private condo website because they posted entries disagreeing with the board on issues. Bingo, threatening letter from the condo's lawyer. Unless you want to spend $, you give in. Not sure about other countries but in US and CA the legal system is skewed in favour of those who have money, they get to make threats :-( These suits are not intended to get to court, only to intimidate.
