    Brand New Event Location!

As you've probably heard by now, the June 2nd Event will be held at Bannockburn Green located in the town of, you guessed it...Bannockburn. Bannockburn Green features a plethora of coffee houses, quick serve and sit-down breakfast restaurants, and several lunch destinations. Where is Bannockburn you might ask? Nestled between Deerfield, Highland Park, Lake Forest, and Lincolnshire live the 1,500 residents of Bannockburn...and their 7 police officers. While the first number explains why you may not have heard of it, the second should be a severe warning for you to watch your right foot and abstain from anything else you shouldn't be doing in a car, you've been warned.

Love The Promenade Bolingbrook? Don't worry, we do too! As we announced last month, 2012 will feature two event locations, one in the southwestern suburbs and the other in the northeast suburbs. As always, Supercar Saturdays events will be held on the first Saturday of every month all summer long. For the full story and information on the two locations, click here to read the complete post on the SCS Blog

Hurry up and get your registration in before you forget and it's too late! Only those who register will receive detailed arrival information! Although we will no longer be using the "preferred parking" system, we still HIGHLY recommend RSVPing to stay up to date on arrival procedures, event updates, weather, etc. There will also likely be some sponsor giveaways this season that will only be offered to those who have registered:

Fantastic turnout with a wide variety of cars from a 300 SL gullwing, a real Daytona Spyder (drop dead color combo), Renaunt Alpine and a few other limited production models along with all the exotics and muscle cars.

Definitely a great turnout of some unique cars. I prefer the Bannockburn location as it was minutes away for me LOL.

People started leaving so early this time. What time was the event supposed to end? 12 or 1pm?

I wonder though how long it will take for the cops to show considering how many people were taking off quite fast and sideways.

The Daytona was definitely the highlight of the show even if he wasnt aware of it! Also loved the GT3 RS in blue and the 2 993 Turbos as well as the 300 SL. Im sad i missed the early Diablo..

I was thinking the same thing. I was surprised that guys were doing that, especially amongst the heavy traffic and construction.
