Like the 308 GTB I do have, but "on steroids."

Sorry, my friend, but you are missing something here: Ferraris are ART.

It's not just about being the "latest and greatest;" if it were, the Enzo would be even more expensive, and the 250 GTO would be practically worthless. Instead, the GTO, at almost four and a half decades of age, is valued at about TEN TIMES what the Enzo costs. Why do you think that is?

Rookie, my friend, you have much yet to learn.

If you love the Enzo for its beauty (which I do not), as a culmination of over half a century of the design, for being the ultimate embodiment (to date) of Ferrari's racing heritage, then so be it.

Personally, I love the 308 GTB for its purity of design and unadorned classic lines. Certainly it's not all that fast by today's standards, nor at thirty years of age is it the "latest and greatest." Others choose the 206 or 246 Dino, although this is an even older design, and not particularly fast.

Everyone who has posted has his own, personal reasons for choosing a particular model. Most of these reasons are valid. While some might choose the Enzo, many others have perfectly legitimate reasons for choosing something else.

A true Ferraristi has much more to consider than merely what is the "latest and greatest."

I don't like white on almost any Exotic. But I have to admit... that white P4 looks pretty sharp!!

    EDIT: PS - Yes, I know it's a PShop ;)

IIRC, it isn't a Pshop, Jim confirmed that he let some people test the car out before it got fully painted.

Yes, I see you must be right. I saw the red stripe at the base of the window, and assumed it was a Pshop artifact. But after doing a google search, I found other pics in white, including a closeup showing the driver in white, with a red stripe at the base of the window!

The thread naturally leads to the next question. If this is your ideal/dream Ferrari, what you are doing to realise the dream...

Build a model, I guess. Several 275 GTB kits are waiting in the closet.
