Open track day at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway

My first time tracking my F355...just learning my way around the 2.7 mile road course.

Sorry the video of the track itself appears washed out - it was a cloudless day in the desert and there is almost zero contrast between the track and runoff areas.

Yep, gave her the whipping she needed and she loved every minute of it.

I thought the track was immensely fun. There are 17 corners and the straights are not very long (maybe 1100 feet or so). The cool thing is you can run it in either direction. Since it's basically new...the tarmac is smooth as glass. The runoffs are mostly sand (not rocks/gravel) so more forgiving if you do go off.

They have plans drawn up for 2 more tracks. Track #2 is meant to be more for advanced driving/testing (higher speed straights, etc). Not sure what the vision is for Track #3. They are also planning to be able to link Tracks 1 and 2. They also have plans to add all sorts of amenities (garages, condos, etc) along the way.
