"Senna" opens today at the Terrace Theater on James Island. We will have a group of about 20 people there for the 7:20 showing, with some interesting cars in the parking lot. Some of us will go to Zia (a few doors down) afterward for food an beverages. Please join us if you are so inclined.

I love the Terrace. I esp like the theatre you have to walk thru another one to get to. Such an organic space.

Maybe I shouldn't post this, but the Terrace seems to operate on the honor system. I bought my ticket for Friday evening's show on Wednesday. When the time came to sit down for the movie, there was nobody checking tickets.

"Senna" is an excellent and moving film. Karl, if you get the chance to go, I highly recommend it. It's playing through this Thursday.

Must be a bunch of hippies. Plus, hippies run the fantastic Mexican place 2 doors down.

Next time I'm in Chas, movie and fajitas!

I went there for lunch today. My favorite blonde waitress was working the bar in very tight short shorts. :)

The owner and staff of Zia are quite young, and yes, there is a certain retro "hippiness" about the place.

We tried to go there on Friday after the movie, but at 9:00 the place was absolutely packed, with about 10 people in line waiting to order! We went to the Mustard Seed instead.

Dan, I took Sean and a friend of his last night. It was great. I never knew a lot of the details shown. What incredible talent. It's hard to imagine that within a group of brilliant drivers one could stick out as he did and demolish the competition.
