The 456M is a stunning car. Absolutely beautiful color combo, similarly available in FF. I'd love to have the exact spec in FF, or at least blue over light interior. Just looking for something with more of the "modern" comforts of the FF, of course technology has come a long way.

id go 612, as i own all 3.
the FF is better in every way, aside from aesthetics. if you need cold/snow FF wins. if you dont need cold/snow id prob keep the 456.

Huge leap in technology between both models. 456 feels slow by modern standards, the FF feels too fast most of the time. You break every speed limit in the blink of an eye. Interior of the FF is also much better in my opinion. I love the interior look of the 456, but you have less space (especially in the rear) and it does feel more cramped. I believe the biggest change you will feel on a day to day basis will be the gear changes. The DCT is definitely a game changer, and can be butter smooth in full auto, as well as super fast in manual mode. That really adds to the driving experience IMO.
