Opinions on the Matte 360 FS.

I'd say go for it. Price is reasonable if you could get it at 40K considering you'd probably have a fair bit of work on hand to get her up to scratch.

It's got a roll cage, it's a stick, engine looks clean, you'll need new seats and probably new steering coz they looks like they smell, BUT WHAT THE HELL EXHAUST SETUP IS THAT????

I think that set of pictures shows the general concern that the owner had on the cars condition.

 

What's with the hood scoop?

I'd only buy that thing if I was going to live at the track.

 

I won't buy it. This car was track and maintenance on this car will horrible.

As a track only car.. my minds eye (IMHO) would place it upper 30's to low 40's depending on inspection. Likely low 40s...

 

Yeah, I reckon that's the "goat" car alright and I do think it says something of the previous owner too.

I guess I'd only consider that vehicle as a track day toy.
