    Finalizing spec on my spider and back and forth on black roof vs color matched . With a dark stripe it seems like color matched would work better for more contrast but wondering what percentage here just went with the black roof and why..

    The TM team pushed the black roof idea on me, and I agreed with it in the end. The car was designed with that feature in mind. That being said, I've seen some I really like without, and one rosso car with a silver roof that I REALLY liked.

    When closed, it will be harder to see the black rubber between the roof segments with a black roof. I have a black roof.

    It depends whether you're trying to go for a fighter jet canopy style with the black roof or a more traditional look with the colored roof

    Thanks for the replies and thoughts, ,seems to me after thinking about it to go with the color match roof to the body and carry the stripe across ... and wrap in black later if I want to change it upon receipt. Better than the other way around.

    Tailor made spec but the color is Bianco Mille Miglia…. I have yet to see it, should be delivered in a couple days

    I've liked black roof since 599GTO.
    These cars keep getting bigger and bigger - it visually shrinks the car and if it's free, Ferrari gift.
