how many mm left on the front / rear brake pads?

two of the interior photos aren't of the actual car...

Have you seen the car in person yet?

Good eyes bro. One shows carbon LED wheel , Daytona seats and the other shows standard seats no carbon LEDs .

Yes, the first pictures are of the actual car and the other pictures are just standard pictures. The car does have the LED steering wheel. I've asked the sales guy to take a video of the car. I'm in Austin Texas and the car is in Charlotte, NC.

Looks a normal 458, what does mean " Battery run-down protection" (not correct imo) …

No cf sportseats ...no cf in engine bay … (all not too important).

But imo most important: did you go for an actual drive in it yet ?

The rotors look a bit suspect. Technically speaking, if you look at the pictures in the manual - for the images for rotors which need replacing - that car looks about the same. However, most people don't pay much attention to it and the rotors still work fine in my exerpeince. You might wanna look at the service manual and/or have the dealer provide some statement regarding the condition of the rotors. Also, as mentioned, I'd check to see how much wear there is on the pads and/or if they have been replaced. Even doing the work yourself, all new pads will run you $2500 - probably twice that if the dealer does it. Fresh pads are 10mm as I recall; by 15k they are probably down around 4-6mm. I'd get an exact measurement with a caliper myself and/or photos.

Also, find out when the alternator belt was swapped out last, as it's usually done every other year during service.

Also find out how much tread is left on the tires.

I'd also have them verify the rims are true using a dial indicator on the inside and outside lip, but that's just me :)

Nobody has bothered to vacuum / clean the dirt which constantly gathers on the intake plenum - which is a sign to me that you're not dealing with previous owners who are meticulous nor a dealer which has really done much to spruce up the car or the engine compartment prior to sale.

I'm going to have Greensboro Ferrari do a PPI to look into the brakes, alternator belt and wheels and tires amongst other things.
