I´ve been offered an DB7 at a fairly good price and before making my decision I would like to try to find out if the car is a car for me. I use my cars as much as possible, driving mostly outside cities and almost never stop and go situations. I feel that the backseats are very small. I have two kids 8 and 9, they are used to Jag XJS and Jag XKR (the new model). Do they fit in a DB7 ?

    All opions are nice :)

IIRC the platform was an XJS & they are tight back there. Even my kids can't fit into the back of DB9 comfortably.

Are you getting the V12 or V6? They are very good value now & really cheap IMO. Now if only the Zagatos are cheaper :p

rather old one.... -96 .... with V6. They are small in the backseat, but my xjs -95 is also very small, it is suitable for kids without legs :) I know they are built on the same base

though the chassis was based off of the XJS platform, they made some significant changes, especially the rear suspension, but the interior is quite cramped still ...the engine should actually be the straight-6 and optional super-charged variant, was a good engine actually, when well maintained
the I6 with automatic is a bit sluggish, the later GT model is the best of the DB7 to get hold of
