    Just wondering since the plates were out of state, if it was perhaps someone here. but anyways the plates were from Mass and it was an orange G spyder with color matched Rims, the rear bumper had about a 1/4 of the lower rear driver side missing. This was on 890 in Schenectady/rotterdam NY.

    Sounds like the GDC car that we were lucky enough to drive yesterday. A rental customer had apparently taken off the lower rear bumper. All of the GDC cars seem to carry Mass plates.
