Tributo should be 12 months max. I suspect you’ll have it by this fall. Hopefully the markets recover by then only positive thing on economics front is the car is progressing along lol

Harrish have you got the second picture ? I’m confirmed 85 but no third picture yet. I presume I’m on a boat by now or shortly. My dealer said release from factory this week.

No second pic yet. I'm also looking at March. From status 50 to status 90 based on progress from other forum members here it jumps very quickly.

 

Yes the status jumps from 50-90 very quickly. Then the worst part of the wait begins. I am at over 2 months of 90 with no update.

 

Wow that's a crazy long time. I thought it took 2 months to get to the dealer once it left Italy. Do you know if it's at the North American port yet?

 

Once the car is at 90, the status is “shipping.” That’s the only information that is available. What isn’t known is:

-Has the car been loaded onto a ship in Italy?
-Which ship is it on?
-When will it arrive to the US?
-Has the car arrived to NY?

You only become aware that the car is stateside once it clears customs and status changes to 91.

 

My car is at 90 since 12/21.

 

…and I am still at Status 40 since 12-22

I'm at status 40 as well, but since last week ... our cars seems to be at the same stage, but I'm not surprised having very close VINs.

 

Just got second pic. I don't know status yet but I assume it's getting close!

Harrish, I hope your 3rd pic comes quicker than mine. I got my 1st and 2nd pics on Dec. 21, and still waiting for the last one...

BTW, I love your color choice. Blu TDF or Elettrico (the lighting in the factory pics is tricky)?

 

Elettrico with Crema / Nera interior. I did every carbon option available except the engine bay.

 

Sounds like a very classy config. Can't wait to see the pics when you take delivery!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news...
Today's update: still 85 after 1 month: aged 85 status orders are largely due to a lack of available containers and/or vessels. Factory-Logistics has been working through the backlog since reopening from the winter holiday. But with the various global supply chain issues going on, unable to tell when car will ship
Plan at least 3 months for car to make it stateside

 

Yup. I almost posted that last night. Mine was 85 in mid December and has a planned release the fifth week of the year which is next week for shipping. However as we have all been discussing it is clear there are a number of cars waiting for shipping without much progress.

And that’s why prices are 100k above MSRP. Or more.

Welcome to the new normal. Oh well. Weather was better and took 16m out top down today…..

 

Ouch all that news hurts! I’m hopeful it isn’t quite that long and things start moving!!

 

From what I was told the factory shuts down for XMAS for a couple of weeks. In the beginning of Jan. As well the factory took a couple of weeks to get back on. This is direct from my dealer. My car started jumping status beginning of third week of January.

 

If you’re car starts transport next week you should have it mid March maybe late March the latest. Has your dealer told you otherwise?

 

I wish that were the case. My Tributo has been 17 months in the making with a delivery date of mid next month.

I asked if I can request flight but must be requested with the ordered.

 

After 68 days of status 90 purgatory, I got an update that my car is at the US port awaiting clearance!
