    are the folders are visible?
    are you doing it but getting errors?

    initial thoughts:
    - view -> folders then drag and drop into folders
    and
    - right-click on a message -> move to folder -> select folder

    -when i open the "move message to" thing, the folders i created arent in the list of possible folders they can be moved to

    ok i finally got it guys, after Rob's help. here are instructions in case anyvody needs them too

    first you create the folder you want, then in your inbox, select the messages you want to move into that folder. then where there is the "move to folder" dropdown button, without selecting anything, just click "go" and then it will take you to a menu screen from where you can choose where to move the messages. hope this helps.

    If you're using Outlook, you should be able to just drag & drop. That's what I do.

    You still have the 500 message limit if you place them in folders, correct?

    all this time I thought you were talking about your inbox as in outlook. hrmph!

    if you only have a 50 message limit, then that's it. doesn't matter if they are stored in folders or not.
