Original F355 Challenge muffler

Part #333296, an official 355 Challenge Series muffler from the race kit. Used on the #28 car driven by Tom Murphy and later by Robert Canepa. Excellent condition, no dents or bent pipes, stainless tips nicely blued, Parkerized finish to retard rust. Fits any F355 with stock manifolds. HALF the size and weight of the giant stock 355 muffler, this has a fabulous F1 shriek that is just barely street legal! $950 plus shipping.

Note: I also have the original exhaust manifolds and Y-pipe from this car, but they haven't been tested for leaks. Outer stainless heat jackets look good. $600 for these three pieces as-is. Buy everything for $1500 including free 48-state shipping!

If you think a 355 with that big suitcase-looking stock muffler sounds pretty good, you won't believe this one. When designing any silencer, volume is what absorbs the noise, but also soaks up the flow and adds weight. Find some of the old 355 Challenge videos to get a taste of the sound.
