Morning, I would like to tap some F50 owners knowledge bank please.

The Ferrari F50, did it come with an official Factory document pouch?

I know the F40 (leather with F40 embossed on the front) and the Enzo (black and red in the same style as the luggage) had their own distinctive pouch, but i have never seen one for the F50.

The internet search is coming up with inconclusive answers, showing no pouch and various other designs that could have just been added over the years.

The both the F50's I am working on are without pouches, but have the complete set of books just in the owner's files.

Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    kind regards
    Mark

I think I may have answered the question, after further research....the F50 has 3 stiff black leather pouches attached to the rear bulkhead - one to the right and left of each seat and one in the centre - above where the torch is charged in the centre console. Apparently the documents are supposed to be retained in the centre pouch, hence why no official factory pouch that can be held outside of the car.

This also explains why i have seen so may variations of pouches in owners files, no one wants to keep their books in the car, so over the years owners have bought Ferrari leather pouches to keep the books safe outside of the car.

    thanks
