My friend has a 59 ferrari 250gt. The frame was replaced because of rust. Later the motor was replaced because it was blown. The body eneded up being replaced because the alloy was just weak and bad. What is the car now?

It's kind of crazy because it was an original car. Regular replacements of components that many had done.

It’s not a replica. It’s a bitsa. However, more info on the fact that it was originally “alloy” could impact the value significantly depending on what/where/when/why and what documentation exists.

Does it have a title, bill of sale, registration, etc. or other paperwork? Or was it found abandoned somewhere?

Not a fake if it has a real chassis number, but it is such an extensive restoration l suspect the value would be at the low end of the surviving population. Originality is key in the collector car market, and unless Ferrari did the restoration and documented everything I think this would draw less interest than most.

This cannot be a "real" example. Virtually nobody would replace the entire frame because there is rust (where do you get a replacement frame years later?). Virtually nobody would replace the entire engine (presumably with the same type engine) rather than fix it. Virtually nobody would replace the entire body because the alloy was weak (where would you get an entire replacement body many year later after the original had "weakened"?). Each of these scenarios is unlikely, so for somebody to do all three would be even more implausible.

Is this is a hypothetical question?

On top of that, if none of those components survived, certainly neither did the seats, gauges, wheels, all glass, exhaust and suspension. What's left, the ashtray and cupholders? :D
