Other than by date being stamped on spoke, how does one determine what year manufactured? What physical/appearance differences would/could be noted among the years? What models do these fit from any single year? eg, daytona, boxer, c/4 etc. Thanks to anyone with answers, Jack
Hi Jack, well so let´s see, the model you see in this add is called GRITTI, and it was used in a few cars, Ferrari cars, during some years, in the 70´s in the begining, it was the early 308 and some 365 models, meaning 70´s later on it chanded the rim, that became more (kind of squared) instead of round that you can see in here, those were the some BB´s and TestaRossa also became black. Meaning 80´s, also for the aftermarket these rims were used with holes and they were called prototipo, and GT without holes (you dont see them much)the diameter usually it goes from 370mm up to 380mm, dependending on whatever reazon there was in MOMO at those days, so let´s see not allways the have date on back, I guess by Ferrari demands, I will defenatly would say that this will is correct for 3 cars early 308´s/ 365GTC 2+2/ 400I 2+2. those weere the cars that used these model of the gritti, which by the way is in great condition, ans not that easy to find.I will post some pictures of these cars. I hope this sell ´s correct because it looks in excelent condition (no afiliation to the add whatsoever) I have sold some of these, never saw such a god one Happy new year All the best P.
