How does the driver seat show wear with only 3xxx miles on the ODO.

 

Well, maybe because so many times, so many people went in the TR to sit in it but never drove that car .... but funny: YES ...

I agree.. owner probably sat in the driver seat so many times pretending he was driving the car.. The car looks clean.. The seat leather replacement is an easy fix.. Then it just needs to be sorted..

Once these things are done plus engine out and some hoses replaced it would be time to rack up the miles.. Oh.. I think it needs tires as well.. I like the color... I like the car..

Or the mileage is incorrect. you have to admit to the possibility of this.

unlike a 512TR, in that if you disconnect the speedo, a CEL is activated, in a TR, no such thing (I think).

Being partial to anything non red, I've seen an Oro TR in person with (requisite) BROWN interior. It was very stunning and very tasteful.

...I wonder what became of that car...

 

I rememebr seeing one on the Tappan Zee bridge something like 25 years ago. Also saw a 328 in the same color, always wondered what it was. Wonder what a 458 looks like int hat color.?
