I also have a Reserved Parking Pass which is KEY when you attend games at the Meadowlands! Anyway, let me know ASAP if you want em...here are the details.

I was just thinking the same. You'd figure with winter here, cars in hibernation (or stasis), that the board would be alive. Oh well.

I was also thinking Emil & Kerri might be getting a little wet as they turn their attention toward the West coast. Seems the LA region picked up another 9" of rain. We sleigh ride this time of year, they can mud surf.

I just had my rims done at USA Wheels. Fronts look great. Just don't turn them around. Visited my car at CC. Major is progressing along. The car looks so sad in pieces :( They decided not to pull the engine. So far, no nasty problems uncovered. I'm hoping to get her back a couple of days before our anniversary run so I can wax her so she can look her best with new tires, refinished rims, sparkling/purring engine. Gosh, I'm looking forward to the Spring.

I'm thinking about an early run up to Boston about the end of March to shake off this cabin fever. ANybody up for leaving on a Friday & staying a couple of days?

Yeah, I have to drop off a couple of my wheels with Jeff @ USA for some refinishing as well. My 993 just had a recall completed (conv top motors) and it's off to my mechanic in Chatham next week for new ROW suspension, TT Sways, RSR Exhaust, new clutch plate and fresh oil. She deserves it and it's about time that I changed the suspension already to Euro spec. Been meaning to do that for some time now...however, unlike you guys with the F-cars I'll probably have her back in less than a week! ;-)

USA on Bloomfield Ave in Fairfield?

Let me know what you think of their work.

Point of note: if you want the *whole* rim redone...specify the *whole* rim redone. Otherwise they tell me the fascade is the only thing assumed to be done.

They've done quite a few rims for me and they seem to be the best in the area. A bit of a pain in the ass to get there for me and then leave my car there OUTSIDE cause they don't have room inside anymore with all the rims in stock.

Always assume that the fascade is all that will be refinished. They typically don't detail the inner part of the wheel, otherwise the time and costs would skyrocket.

A good number of the dealerships in our area use them for refinishing as well as OTHER refinishers who can't handle certain work.

Oh yeah...she's real bad now. That left rear shock/strut is shot to the point where I don't even want to drive her. Well at least I got the full life out of the OEM parts...now I can justify the cost of the ROW setup. :)
