It may not help much but here's my 2 cents:

I had my Porsche 968 serviced there back in 1997/1998 and they were top notch. My dad bought his first BMW from them when they were located in Lake Worth and the experience was excellent (far better than other BMW dealers at the time). Honestly I've never had a negative experience with any of Braman's stores but it has been a while since I've dealt with them.

I have never done business with them but have heard from others that their service is not good. this is coming from a BMW owner not a Porsche owner who had their car serviced there........shouldn't make much of a difference anyway.

    Doody,
tried to buy a Ferrari from them years ago and the sales man knew less about the car than the sneekers I was wearing that day. To their defense this is the Miami store and Ferrari is not their line of cars. Most of their Ferrari go through the WPB Highline auction.

We had the Bentley and the Rolls serviced at their RR/Bentley delaership on a few occasions.

The technicians were qualified, the work was performed correctly ... the prices were SHOCKING.

I have tried to buy cars from them on several occasions - in the RR/Bentley and Porsche showrooms - for the most part they seemed, well, uninterested - like they didn't care if I was a buyer or not.

No real complaints, just a lack of enthusiasm. Didn't encourage me to buy a car, just sat there and "humored" me until I decided that it was time to leave.

Personally, I perfer the folks at Champion (and they usually have a better selection).
