My dad is looking to hire 6 VB.net programmers/ web designers in his branch office in La Habra. Does anyone know where to post jobs besides Monster or Craigslist? I haven't tried posting on Monster yet because it's $400 dollars to post a job.

    Thanks,

    Daniel Lee

Dice.com tends to market itself towards the technology fields, so you may want to try them.

I consult in a technical specialty and have found three great opportunities on Dice.com in the past two years. Unlike other resumer gathering job web sites, Dice has real employers with real job opportunities.

    Good Luck!

    How much does it pay?

If he doesn't want to spend $400 to find the right person, then go to India...

Try careerbuilder. I posted a job there last year, and got at least 5 resumes within 4 hours.
