OT- Manufacturing Company wanted....

Guy's...I have been working with business brokers looking for a manufacturing company here in the Tri-State area to purchase and operate, however many companies are reluctant to work with a business broker and work with their Lawyer, CPA or other advisor.

My approach is to identify situations where an owner (or owners) of a business is considering retirement and/or is planning to phase out his or her involvement in the business. I will also consider situations where a corporate parent is divesting an operating business. I am looking to continue to operate and grow the business, not turn and sell...

I will consider most manufacturing companies with sales between $1M and $15M in sales with a strong cash flow.
