[OT] Saint Patricks Day Parade at 11:30AM Saturday

Well, I park the Ferrari Art Car over at Lucky's tomorrow, to let the Deloreans get all the glory!!! LOL!

But I'll be working as Parade Marshall, along with announcer Donna MacKenzie, so ya'll drop down to Minute Maid Park and the Home Plate Grill to say "Top o' the morning to ya!" and possibly have an adult cold beverage......

Afterparty is at Lucky's Bar with food/drink specials and CRAWFISH!!!

Miss Saint Patrick's Day Parade contestant judging was TOUGH last night at Griff's, I tell ya!!! TOUGH!!! Took a lot of Guiness!!

All eight contestants will be in the parade, beautiful girl's all....

 

Today at lunch, at Allen's Landing (behind the Spaghetti Warehouse, downtown) the Texas Army will offer a salute to the Irish fallen during the Texas War of Independence, and dye Buffalo Bayou green!

(I know....I know...it's a murky green already!...... )

There COULD be a wee dram of Irish Whiskey involved.

BIG Party tonight over at Griff's, with live music.... as well as most of the other Taverns in town.....McElroy's, Stag's Head, Gingerman.

Mitch Jacobs Band will be at Rehab (the Bar) on Houston Avenue just north of Washington Avenue (on the right traveling North from Washington)

The salute will point the cannons of the Texas Army towards the University of Houston Downtown campus, but we have yet to actually hit it......
