I am just astonished at what a playa has to pay to have a view like that in NYC. Damn!

 

It's no worse than what The Irvine Company is charging for the apartments they are building in Santa Monica.

Most definately not me. I was floored the first time I saw that. i didn't leave the house for a week. Too bad you get 6 minutes of that weather a year...

Very nice! I was in Babylon on LI last year, and was astonished to see the amazing waterfront places, and nice quaint small town atmosphere, not that far from NYC.

THen the 50mph wind kicked up, and left sand in my hair for days

 

will post my views when i get my camera from the office =)
