I don't think that there are too many other F-cars on "the rock". I live in Ontario, but My parents just bought a cabin near Twillingate! Where abouts in Newfoundland are you located? I am going to be out there for 2 weeks this summer, so that would be cool if I could come and see your Ferrari (depending on where you live). I have been told that there are only 2 Vipers there, so I would think that there would be a miniscule population of Ferraris.

    Congrats on the new ride!

I live in Grand Falls-Windsor. That's about one and a half hours from Twillingate. There is at least one Viper in Grand Falls-Windsor, so I suspect the estimate of 2 for the entire province is likely to be an underestimate.

GREAT CAR!!!! I love the 328 so much. Very timeless car. Congrats on the purchase, you have company out there. A Nart 550 Maranello also resides on the rock. Keep your eyes.. and ears open.

    Jim,
I was thinking of retiring out east...love it threr, especially the seefood. Tell me, who the hell is going to service that thing for you there?? Belts and the rest if there are only 2-6 cars ?? One of my problems if I move out...worried about the transitional stage.

Big Red...You hit the nail on the head...not easy being way out east. For basic oil and filter changes, Yours truly will be the guy. For bigger jobs like timing belt etc. it's going to have to go on the back of a truck to the good folks at Ferrari Quebec in Montreal. Fortunately It's just had a major service including timing belt done.

It's not for the faint of heart!

It all must be worth it though when you get to lay it out on all the amazing roads with absolutly NO people on them! When I went out there last summer I was amazed that there was almost no traffic on many of the roads. My familys cabin is in Fairbank (15 min from twillingate) so maby I could take a drive and come and check out your car? I think that I will be in Ferrari denial as I am staying there for 2 or 3 weeks without a computer or cable TV!
