Would someone have the June issue of CR? I'm trying to get the list of the best outdoors gas grills. Looking for natural gas and not propane grills.

Tek Grilles are sweet and do have a N/G option. They range from $700-4800.00, a friend of my wife's is a dealer.

Personal thing. You'll probably get many opinions, all correct. :)

Lynx and Bull are good. From everything I've heard Viking's are not built to the same quality as their indoor stuff.

FWIW I've used the same $200 Weber Genesis for 20 years and it's been terrific. It's not a show piece, but it's a good solid grill.

I subscribe to CR.com. Here is the list of NG grills from the website.

for the record, I have a 5-burner Jenn-Air from Lowes (natural gas) that I built into a 10ft. island and I could not be more happy with it. I went to several BBQ stores where they told me the one I wanted to buy was crap, how it wouldn't last, etc. etc. Total and complete BS. They were talking about the quality of the welds. Yeah, the welding will make it worth $2K more. I keep it covered and I use it at least 2-3 times a week and it is awesome.

I love my Lynx with ProSear, expensive but very well worth it IMHO.

I also have a Weber Genesis that has sat outside for 10 years. It was covered but it's on its third cover, and the other two were ripped and pretty useless for at least a couple of years each. It still works like a champ.

I have a NG Brinkman that I've used for nearly four years now... no problems at all.
