    I'm trying to create one contact for the College of Engineering in Outlook. I want one contact under the name "College of Engineering" with different phone numbers for the Dean's Office, Undergraduate Programs, etc. Is this possible, or do I have to keep it the way it is, with multiple contacts "College of Engineering" with sub-titles of "Dean's Office" etc.?
