Is there a adjustment on my right side outside mirror on my 85 308 euro. I have electric mirrors which work, but can I change the position of the mirror housing itself? Even adjusting the mirror glass tilt all the way down, the mirror is not down far enough to see good. I'm looing at to much sky and not enough of the road.

There's a ratchet type mount - just push it with your fingers and it will click down

Thanks for answering. I went out to the car and grabbed the whole mirror and tried twisting it down to the point I though sometime might break. Is that what you meant me to do?

I may not be explaining my self right. The mirror housing will move up and down, forward and back. But mine needs to be like twisted. Looking down, the top on the mirror is not at a 90 degree angle with the ground. Its like a 110 degrees tilled back.

'84 euro here. If you pull back the accordian rubber piece, there's at least one adjustment screw in there. Not sure if that will help at all.

Once pulled away, getting the rubber accordian piece to reseal in the plastic mounting bracket (there's a groove there) takes a little fiddling though.

Not the whole mirror housing, just the mirror glass itself.

Thanks. After looking closely at the left side the right side is not mounted on the door square. I think I need to loosen the mirror assy and see if will mount square on the door and that will fix the adjustment. To loosen the mirror from the door do I need to take the door panel off to the get to a nut or screw?
