Does it really matter how many owners and miles Is on the Ferrari you really want as long as it’s been looked after and serviced at main dealers
For example the 488 spider I want to buy has done 9000 miles and had three owners.
Some people are telling me that’s to many miles for a 2017 car.
    Does it matter?

I think I’ve read that the car falls apart when it hits 10k miles. JK. If the car has been cared for, all service done and hasn’t been tracked than the miles wouldn’t concern me. Do you plan on driving it or having it as a garage queen? If your planning to drive it than again miles wouldn’t concern me. Just my .02

    No right answer. Trade offs.

One owner good history complete knowledge of car plus service records but if done through a dealer or broker maybe less transparency for passing information

Two owners again maybe all good and knowledge etc. Sometimes things are done and not noted by second owner at purchase - minor paintwork etc. Change in wheels trim, etc. Less of an issue.

Three owners for a five ish year car can be harder to know the history and get all service records. More likely needs a thorough ppi and I’m explained or deferred maintenance raises flags. Multiple service places etc. Hard to know.

Car is new enough that much if that doesn’t matter but we also say you buy the owner as much as the car. And in the end the car stands on its own. We perceive that three owners cannot love and care for these cars as one does but who knows.

My three owner FF had a carfax issue pop
Up that the second owner knew nothing about after I purchased because it was before his time.

Minimal difference in value and price. If you love it and passes a good ppi then go for it. If it’s a short term purchase or interim car price it according to you and then move on.

9000 miles on a 2017 is NOTHING. The car could have been delivered in 2016 so roughly under 2000 miles a year. These cars are not fragile
