430 P0133,P0153

I have upgraded to Fabspeed headers, Kline 200 cats and muffler. I have replaced all four exhaust sensors and we have done battery disconnect and multiple drive cycles etc and still getting these codes. Dealer mentioned it may be pressure related as the upstream sensor is delayed and causing the problems and has no other ways to fix it to pass Nys inspection. I was planning on getting it tuned prior to this but not sure tuning will fix the issues now as this is typically the Post cat sensors that error when you change out exhaust….looking for other potential causes….
