P0442 diagnostic code

I've bought my 2014 Italia in February of this year and at the end of March got a yellow CEL on the dash. I plugged in my OBD2 scanner and ran the diagnostics on the OBDLink app. It gave me this code:

The car seemed fine so I cleared the code. It wasn't until this month that it came back and now it's come back 3 times pretty quickly after I've cleared it. It comes on during a cold start when the gas tank isn't full.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, what's been the typical way to resolve it?
