Can anyone assist with identifying the correct paint code for a 1958 / 1959 Ferrari 250? I believe it’s darker than later cars. All help appreciated.
Umm, Ferrari had dozens of paint colors available in the late 50's. None of them will be a ready to mix color that you can use a modern code to duplicate. A good painter can mix a modern paint to look like an original color from the 1950's. If you are asking about resale red, almost no cars in the 50's was originally painted red.
if there is a large enough section of original paint on the car scan it and do a sprayout before you ever ever think about stripping the car. if that's what you are planning to do
