I believe the 2006 F430 I recently purchased has an incorrect paint label under the front hood. It is labeled Grigio Silverstone, but appears to be painted Grigio Titano (most likely) or Argento Nurburgring. If so, is it possible to order the correct paint label from Ferrari or another source.

    Cheers,

    Fred R.

While your 430 does look like Grigio Titanium and not Grigio Silverstone your best option would be to contact Ferrari North America. Give your serial number to FNA and they can advise what original color your car was painted which would be the best indication of how to resolve the paint label question.
Let us know how you make out with FNA!

I contacted the sales manager at Ron Tonkin, the dealer who originally sold the car. He sent me a copy of the factory invoice, and the car is indeed Grigio Titano. Now I need to get the proper paint sticker to go with the car. Any suggestions? My local dealer? Other?

    Cheers,

    Fred R.

Is the car under warranty? Dealer should be able to get that squared away.

    It's a 2006 - no warranty.
