For all the ferrari owners (and non owners that get there other cars covered as well).
Do you guys and gals get paint protection installed at the dealership before taking delivery? Or do they do that at the factory as an option?
I'm talking about the clear bra paint protection.
Or do you get your car covered after you purchase it and who do you go through?
Does someone come to your house and do it or do you goto a shop?

Also what do you prefer / brand do you like. Avery, 3M, Xpel, etc...

Also if your in the Atlanta Ga area what do you guys do for this? Feel free to answer if your not in that area as well. Just looking for some direction here.

    Thanks in advance.

PS. I appoligize if this post shouldn't go here.

My last new car (non f-car) I had the bra installed by the dealer, pre-pickup.

Never heard of it being done at any factory level. Most good dealerships have an outside source that comes in and these guys are usually the same ones that will come to your house to do it. Of course it is usuaully more expense to have the service done dealer level because they want to take a cut as well..

The factory does have some strategic areas protected - behind tires, rocker edges, etc. The crucial areas to consider would be the entire hood, front bumper, headlights (you cannot replace just the plastic lenses - the entire unit would need replacement if it cracks or breaks from objects hitting it), mirrors, fenders. Also have the factory pieces replaced as they are never installed properly
