You can brush touch them and then use a product like Langka to restore the flush surface. Sometimes a 'blobby' touch-up is more annoying than the original chip.

You can also have them 'filled' in professionally.

There's no reason why you can't do it yourself. Best results require an orbital polisher, though.

Essentially, you need to make sure you have identical-match touch-up paint. Then...

Use the end of a match (I actually use a blade to create a point on a wood match) and drop a small bit of paint into the chip. Allow it to set, and then you'll likely need to drop a bit more in. You'll want to build-up the area so you can use ultra-fine sandpaper (I mean ultra-fine, like 1200+) to bring the area flush.

You'll then use a machine polish like Griot's #1 to remove the sandpaper scuffing (which will inevitably touch some of the good paint) and even the surface completely. After it looks nice and smooth, use #2, then #3 polishes. After that, it's time for a wax to protect.

Small chips should disappear in most light, while larger ones will always be seen in some light angles. We're talking about "fooling the eye" to assume there is no flaw.
