I assume you'll be driving something you don't want the valet to park? If you're desperate and don't want to self-park on Sunrise or Sunset, consider parking at The Breakers (the valets will let you self-park in the safe, chained-off spots adjacent to the lot if you ask nicely and tip well) and take the hotel shuttle to the restaurant, as they own Echo.

 

Or talk to the valet next to Testa's and park in front of the garages at the gas station. Then enjoy a five minute walk.

You could probably park at the Publix or the Royal Poinciana Playhouse too...
